The Friends of Oakridge mission, in participation with the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks, is to restore the unique historical significance of The Oakridge Estate through preservation, development, maintenance, education and promotion.

     The Friends of Oakridge,  a non-profit 501(c)3 Public Benefit Corporation formed in 2011, may also promote and participate in fundraising activities for preservation and improvement of The Oakridge Estate Park.
